Holyoak Jewellery

Social media management for renowned fine jewellery and antique fashion dealer

About the project

Second-generation antiques dealer Cleo Holyoak has built a reputation across the South West for her specialist knowledge of textiles, jewellery, and fashion. From Bristol to Portobello, Cleo sources antiques and fine wearables for collectors and media productions.

I was brought in to transfer Cleo’s impressive word-of-mouth reputation onto social media. My social strategy embraced her unique identity, increasing footfall, building community, and aligning with Cleo’s business values.

Results

Within just three weeks, Instagram reach increased by 1,940%, while business address taps surged by 1,800%. To nurture this immediate traction into sustainable growth, I delivered a video-focused strategy. Four months later, this approach elevated typical video views from around 2,000 to a peak of over 100,000 on a single post.

“Instagram has always been a struggle, and last year I gave up making content. Then I met Mimi, and in just a month I have a page with excellent engagement, hundreds more genuine followers and as a result, higher traffic to my website. Mimi is really easy to work with. Professional and organised, flexible, knowledgeable and good fun.”
